Its weird. Never saw rape drugs in 15 years in Frankfurt. Maybe since red light district is easily accessible.
When I travelled east, I often saw girls fall unconscious outside clubs, in Poland etc.
Prostitutes are cheaper than drugs. Also the possibility of jail. Does Berlin have many crazy people ?
