I’m not aware of actual death occurring from sleep deprivation, just serious cognitive issues. That guy would die first though if it can be fatal, because the coke it would take to do so would add a lot of strain to his systems that she wouldn’t be enduring. That fanfic sounds both evil and really stupid.
