    Humans are quite a bit more complicated. I’d gladly go into depth sometime, but I don’t think I can oversimplify the situation to match your statement.

    Some of this behaviour has to do with (a bunch of) hormones, but also just homeyness, blood pressure, social ideas in their community, and in part just dumb luck. Humans are not the most precisely predictable things
