That video is a great watch. She does a fantastic job of breaking down why the new Star Wars hotel sucked and then closed down. I watched it over a few days - it’s broken up into little chunks so you can stop and start it if you don’t have 4 spare hours.

She relates the hotel to the general trend of service/experience degradation that Disney is seeing now. It’s a function of there being zero legitimate competition - nobody else is opening a hotel themed after Star Wars, and rich nerds will pay any amount to be in that universe, even for a brief moment. Instead of maximizing the experience, which is why people wanted to go, they cut as many corners as they could to take in the maximum profit.

I won’t spoil more plus she does a better job of explaining. This video an exhaustively compiled labor of love, but she didn’t love her experience at the hotel. Instead, her heart was broken when she saw what a soulless money grab it was, so she was compelled to document its many failings.
