1. Its incredibly good.

2. A chunk of the episodes in the two seasons are practically dead air.

I’m still flip flopping on whether the slow pacing of some of the episodes was intentional (whether to try to build suspense or to hammer home Lenin quote “there are decades where nothing happens and there are weeks where decades happen”) or some wonkyness with trying to figure out the proper ‘fit’ of story and dialogue in an episode.
