  Oh man, are you like my mum? She swears coffee only ever makes her constipated so she only has it when she’s got a case of the loose motions. I envy her, coffee (and even tea to some extent) is basically an automatic gut cleanser for me. Don’t get me wrong, it’s VERY satisfying in the mornings, but sometimes it gets a bit much. I can feel my gut being punched and contorted ahead between 2-20 minutes after imbibing that morning brew.

    Nah it doesn’t constipate me. It just doesn’t work on me like some folks claim.
