Made the decision to reschedule my uni meeting to next week. I am telling myself it’s not because I’m a slacker but because I’m a grown-up who is sensible about pacing and recharging. I’m only just starting to feel like a human again today. I’ve volunteered to help an aunt clean their house tomorrow before a sale, to fill up the physical activity/service/connection buckets.

Also feeling increasingly glad about putting up a hard barrier to work stuff - kind of chuffed that the universe fubared my work laptop (appears it will now need to be nuked as nobody knows who enabled bitlocker, probably a previous employee. Thankfully we have everything important on OD/SP). I told people I might check emails, I think I won’t be now!
