Yes. Reasons: A, B, and C. Not D.
I always thought C was the reason not to while D was in favour.
D was favoured by the New School of Revisionists, who seem to be publishing less and less as their theorems fall flat in the face of the ABC coalition’s triumphs. It’s just a fad, do not buy into their D-based propaganda
