There’s an investment you have to do, you can’t just make one line and expect people to take it, you’ll need to make sure you have good coverage, just like in a real city. A train line between each major area, and busses to connect multiple blocks within the smaller section, so people can easily go from anywhere to anywhere. Roads will become laden with traffic soon.
