  Yep. With the generous help from the admin at lemmy.ca sharing his code, I implemented a few layers of defense that blocked the bulk of the DMs. It got to the point where the spam would just be an image (because of our spam filters). That was harder to block and I’m still not sure I managed it, but the images have stopped.
