Comment on We should insulate Wolfballs against Communism
masterofballs@wolfballs.com 2 years agotbh I hear these same fucking arguments being made against the right by the left. Automatically saying that because someone is a republican they are Nazi's and are responsible for the death of millions and want all trans people to die.
Monarchies are responsible for millions of deaths. The U.S Government is responsible for atleast hundreds of thousands of deaths in the middle east.
Communism objectively doesn't work but I don't like saying we can't communicate with them just because some dictator in their circle did bad things.

Murder doesn't just happen in Communist countries. Communism thrives on murder. It wasn't an oopsie. People are lured in by free stuff and wind up getting killed.
Taxation is theft. What is theft?
Money is congealed sweat and blood. Money is congealed life and it is what allows us to live in this world. Theft is just a slower version of murder. That is why it is morally permissible (though not always wise) to protect against the threat of theft with deadly force. In fact is a thief is caught he repays his theft by forfeiting years of his life in jail.
Though it is not explicitly stated, in many ways theft is just a lesser form of murder.
SO, ANY system of government that advocates for the abolition of private property will ALWAYS end up in mass murder. It is a property of the system. Property IS life, if you take everything from a person, you kill them.
Monarchies kill people, but not all of them. You can have a good monarch, you can even have a good dictator. Athens (I believe) was founded by a good dictator, his sons were not good which is why they went hard on democracy, but you can never have a good communist country, you will either slide into starvation and want because no one wants to work or mass genocide because people fight to keep their stuff, or both.
People who advocate for communism may be well meaning and are usually mislead - but it does not stop the fact that they are advocating for mass murder.

Those are the exact same arguments I hear when people say not to let a conservatives talk at a liberal university. They start claiming something that isn't murder is murder. We allow all voices to flourish here. Maybe there is room for a instance that only allows conservative opinions. I hate viewpoint discrimination. I'm not trying to convert the whole world to my way of thinking. I respected your view though.

Maybe they are right? Just because you hear them - doesn't make them wrong. Being wrong makes them wrong. Anything that goes against objective reality is wrong.
And there is no point where I am discriminating against view points. Point blank telling someone they are wrong isn't discrimination. They expressed their views, I expressed mine. That is free exchange of ideas.
If someone is proposing an ideology that has killed more people than any other ideology, don't you think that it is wise to ask them to explain how millions of people won't die this time? I think it is.
But whatever, I can guarantee that I will not ban anyone (except for the illegal stuff that will get them kicked off of Woflballs) and I'm not going to censor people. I will call out murder though.
