I got a pass around Blackland DE in the mail yesterday, and today there are 2 straight razors out for delivery to me (Moarteen and a Union Razors from @gcgallant. It’s like Christmas! I don’t know what to play with first.

Fun! I’m looking forward to getting mine, although it seems it will arrive while I’m on a work trip, so I’ll need to wait another week to try it out.
How have you found the adjustment to SR technique compared to SE/DE razors?

It’s been a fun learning experience. I did one open-blade shave about 2 years ago, and I was surprised that even with just that single experience I didn’t have much trouble deciding how to hold the razor.
A lot of things from DE shaving are still very relevant to straight razor shaving.
