This site says about 80% of his viewers are logged-in Twitch viewers for this stream. Which is about the same as it was for his stream from yesterday.

As I understand it, it’s not that 20% are definitely bots or that 80% are definitely “real” viewers, but that there’s a greater likelihood of non-logged-in could be bots. I believe if you watch Twitch from an embedded video on another site then you’d be included in the non-logged-in view count.
