Spotted_Lady@wolfballs.com 2 years ago30/30 means 30 Mb/s in both directions. So 500/500 is 500 Mb/s in both directions. So in the process of figuring out why I had an outage, they somehow also fixed whatever issue that prevented me from getting upgraded to 500/500 like the other customers.
And POE is Path of Exile, a game. It shouldn't have a 30 Gb game resources file. That's just bad coding.
