Comment on Insurrection act — April 20th. Pls read!

Typical Americans leaving things to the last minute. I’ll get downvoted for this probably but it has to be said. You brought this on yourselves. You had 4 years to stop this as they had telegraphed on January 6th 2021 their intent and spent every moment since figuring out how to get back and not let go.

They moved all the chess pieces in to place and you sat idly by and watched them do it. Hell they even published their plans and gave it a name. For duck sake America.

The end is nigh.

Upvote for the relevance, but I respectfully disagree. Trump’s approval rating is still pretty decent for a US president. This isn’t apathy. This plan is actively being cheered for by a large demographic. There’s some uncertainty, sure, but the mask is pretty much off, and America is showing its true face to the world.

But you don’t understand! Kamala supported a genocide in Gaza! We had to show her our disapproval by supporting the election of a man who not only wants Gaza wiped off the map, but also wants to commit domestic genocide against immigrants, PoC, trans people, political opponents. That wants to destroy the very rule of law itself. That’ll show the Democrats!

I hope the /s is heavily fluffing implied! Sitting here in Australia, it has been surreal watching this all play out. I’m terrified for my friends and family in the US.
