everything above 18 is age approoriate
That entirely depends on the other person’s age. 18 & 40 is creepy but legal. 18 & 12 is never okay.

Again I’m not entirely sure that is the case. I’m 50 if a guy my age is dating an 18 year old they likely both need therapy.
