It annoys me that now in 2023 we have so many vehicles that we call “scooter”. I can think of three different types that fit the description.

I don’t think they’re talking about a rascal. And a vespa type would be in the car lane, not sidewalk.

Are you talking aboit motorbike vespas? Because if they’re OK the pavement, then they shouldn’t be allowed to have one. Unless vespa also does scooters/bicycles.
