i prefer gelato to ice cream, does your ninja really mix it so different as to clearly make one or the other?

It makes all types of things. The things you put in determines what you can make.
Bananas come out like ice cream
A can of mixed fruits and syrup comes out like sherbet
Etc
We also make protein ice-cream, just make a protein shake and follow the steps.
