What type of games are those? !soulslike@lemmy.zip is for all the Souls like, !jrpg@lemmy.zip is for… well JRPG.
You can maybe post a general thread on !gaming@lemmy.world and see if other people would like to create communities for those games.
!fedigrow@lemm.ee also has a few pointers about community creation

They’re “roguelite” games. Games that feature permanent death, and are designed to be played from the start over and over while you learn more about the game, and often unlock new things each run (metaprogression) that can make each future run a little easier, or at least different.
Examples:
The “roguelite” name comes from “roguelike” which itself is used to describe games being similar to “Rogue”, a very old ASCII dungeon crawler that pioneered this sort of gameplay. Roguelikes are modern, turn-based dungeon crawlers that feature the same mechanics.

I see!
So, good news, there is !pixeldungeon@lemmy.world which has slow but steady activity.
I guess !slaythespire@lemmy.ca also fits that definition. You can maybe post there to see if people would be interested in a Faster than light or Roguelites community. !gaming@lemmy.world can be a good place to ask too.
What you really want to avoid is create a community and then having no one coming there, which will probably make you drop the idea after a few weeks.

You should change instances of “you” to “OP” in your comment since I’m not them. I was just answering your question. 😄
