Not fuckin’ really, no. Except in basically the same way as any media addiction, like doomscrolling on any safe-for-work hellsite.

While both are addictive, porn is far more addictive, and it give short term dopamine spikes, which makes everything else seem less interesting or enjoyable, again, this is only regular watching.
