Comment on When Do You Think "Quantified Self" Data Is Good Or Bad?
sj_zero@lotide.fbxl.net 2 years agoI get up for 4am for work. I'm always waking up tired regardless of when I go to sleep because I'm not built for waking up at 4am. Realizing that even if I go to sleep at 10pm that's way too late came from realizing that I was getting no sleep.
Thing about kpis is you're wasting time once you've made the changes you need to, and I don't pay attention anymore...

have you tried polyphasic sleep? like you could sleep however much before getting up at 4am, sleep some other time of the day to make up extra sleep you're missing?

I ended up having to change my lifestyle. Working 19 hours a day was killing me. Now I try to limit it to 12 on workdays unless there's an actual emergency.
