  For running advertisements, which is against their charter. I’m honestly ok with it. I know it’s just more harassment for PBS and NPR, but advertising creep has been slowly settling in at both networks. It used to just be a quick “This program is brought to you by” but now it’s full on ads from the major sponsor at the beginning and end of each program.
