The_Che_Banana@beehaw.org 2 months agoIMO they’re already the party of Complicity, one or two scapegoats maybe, but the rest will fall in line hand wringing, oohing and awwing when the fascist cement their power.
The talking point ‘resistance’ as a political party is just for show, and everyone that plays the part gets their piece of the pie at the end of the day.

My opinion is that it is hard for very large human organizations to change, much less entrenched pro-business conservative parties.
The token left attached to it will remain unattractive to leftists because what can it do besides come up with nicknames for itself? And that’s when their party is in power
