I understand the question, but for whoever needs to hear this right now. Press up on your gooch when you think you’re done, it helps push that last bit out.

Push and flex the knees works for me.

Figured that out when I was in another country, had no extra money and someone stole all my underwear except what i wore. Keeps the trousers cleaner!
