Oh, reminds me of my old place! Had a very similar set up. Downsizing is super tough.
Without revealing too much, are you in a higher SE area? It still sounds like a lot?

Oh, haha, I see. (I meant higher socio-ec, but Northcote has definitely gotten expensive.)
Were they big sharehouses? I don’t think I’ve ever paid more than $1500 give/take utilities?
