Not a biologist, just a normal dude. Isn’t one function of urine to flush out toxins? With them staying in the intestines could it poison the human?

Recently had romantic feeling for someone for the first time in my life. 18 and have never had a crush or anything in my life. Long story short I asked how they felt about me and they didn’t feel the same way about me. Still friends and all but still feeling a bit under the weather.
