I've always loved this holiday. Never really any of the others. Why? Because on this day, we are supposed to celebrate freedom. Freedom we don't actually have. But today, we do. Millions of us set off illegal fireworks to celebrate this day. And on this day, they can't stop is. Because there is too many of us. That's why I used to like this holiday so much.
But... 2021, and now 2022. There's such a drastic decline in the illegal fireworks. It's maybe 5% as much as it was just 2 years ago.
We no longer even have the freedom (or money) to celebrate the idea of freedom that we wish we had. Very depressing.

Downvoted because the title is a well-known antisemitic trope. It is funny that this other person looks exactly like Rachel maddow. I never watch network tv so I have no idea if it's true that there is a broader pattern but I wouldn't be surprised. It's probably just like how all CEOs look alike. Or how people tend to choose a dog that looks like them.

It's a gender neutral term, like actor and comedian. And it's not just "guy", it's "this guy". Which means the actual person isn't important, it's the stereotype that matters.

No. I'm referring to how over half the money came from Morgan Stanley and Bank of America. It's other people's money, not his.
I also made reference to how he doesn't have to pay tax on unrealized gains, so he isn't taxed on his 200 billion wealth. But through banks, he can still spend it all he wants.

Except musk doesn't have any money either. It's still our money. That's why he can't be taxed, right?
