  We don’t plan on spamming anything no worries and I don’t understand how using an LLM made landing page makes the actual app which has completely different code base an AI slop but anyway.

  I might have miss express myself here so thank you for the warning. The “landing page” is really an AI slop no lies there and I don’t think there would be no point of lying for that as well, any experienced developer can see that in a glance. However, the app itself is not AI slop as I mentioned above and of course we really put in some hard work for it and of course we don’t think it is really shit. We even think its pretty good for how early it is. However, we are saying that we understand if you call the app “shit” and we are not here to get offended for any criticism. We are basically here to learn get the first impressions note down who gets offended for what. We are not going to stop developing just because some guy here thinks we should kill ourselves for even touching the LLM’s. I see that some people ignored the criticism here and tried the app and I thank them for that.

  Thats also why there is no registration or paywall or anything else, you can just go web.hoponn.app and start using it as a guest to check it out say it’s shit/good and move on.

  We don’t really care about thousands of people at the moment. As I said app is really in early beta. We just want to get actual opinion about the app/idea. You might call it shit, useless, useful or anything else. We just seek for real feedback. However, I get it I guess if there is a sniff of AI in any place you get shit on in this website and nothing we can do about it.

  Also AI might have done better job than us tbh, our mobile support is very shitty for the actual app.

  The website itself is AI slop really but we put an effort on the app and is actually developed by us over the course of 1-2 years at this points. And for the comparision to gamedate.org, you are of course free to choose whatever miracle you want to use but. We built a pipeline for actually matching with people via video call. Also made permanent rooms that you can use whenever you like to talk again with that people. I wish I could put a video here for a little demonstration but apparently I can’t.
