  I wanted to find out where it came from because it’s such a clever and fun design. Found a Facebook post from someone who says they made it themselves after being inspired by another artist who makes furniture out of sea mines (I assume this one).

  As others have already said, exposure can be a good way to overcome fear. Start by going somewhere nearby. Maybe ask a friend or someone you feel safe with to accompany you a few times until you are familiar with the route or area. Download an offline map in case you get lost. 

  You said you feel out of place at your local library , but they’re a quiet, safe place where everyone generally minds their own business. You can probably even bring take your own ebooks there to read. You don’t have to interact with anyone if you don’t want to, just get used to being in a different setting.

  Can you take driving lessons? That could be another way to familiarize yourself with different areas and find more independence.

  Canada has been boycotting American products and imposing counter-tariffs on them. Their prime minister also announced a plan to reduce reliance on the US by requiring its federal government to buy from local suppliers, creating a fund to help sectors most affected by US tariffs, investing in Canadian agriculture, training its local workforce, among other things.

  Unlike most land mammals, whale testicles are not located in an external scrotum. Instead, they are located internally, within the abdominal cavity, near the kidneys.

  The size of whale testicles varies greatly between species. Some species, such as the right whale, have exceptionally large testicles, weighing up to a ton each. This is thought to be related to sperm competition in these promiscuous mating species.

  People generally view constructive hobbies more favorably than consumptive ones. As long as gaming isn’t interfering with their responsibilities and relationships, I view it as just one of the ways people unwind in their spare time. I haven’t noticed strong negative reactions to gaming unless the gamer begins to neglect important parts of their life for it.

  I prefer local markets for fresh and domestically grown produce, and because I prefer giving to the community instead of to chains. However, there are things which can only be found in larger markets because they are not grown/availble locally or currently not in season.

  Local markets for quality and price, supermarkets for variety.

  Shrinkflation has been common for a while already, so it’s probably safe to assume the product is smaller. For food products, I try to shop at places that sell by weight instead of by package. It’s often cheaper that way too.
