- Comment on Meal Replacement Drink Suggestions? 1 week ago:
I tried solvent (powder and premade) years ago and I didn’t mind the taste or feel (some people dislike it). But I always felt “off” after drinking it, and overall didn’t enjoy it, but it might have gotten better since.
I started drinking huel a year or 2 ago, for exactly the same reason as you. It was perfect for a while, but the changed the receipt not too long before they got acquired and the lead report came out, and since then its not as “satisfying” as it was before.
If you do go with huel, I recommend the black edition, the higher protein helped me not feel hungry for longer.

If elden ring was in first person, this is what you would see when entering the Ohio area.
- Comment on How would you evaluate having more pay vs an easier job? 1 month ago:
It would be more straightforward to answer if it was less hours vs more pay, rather than easier.
Easier is too subjective, and I dont trust a boss to fairly judge what’s easier for the worker. Also any time throughout history when things got “easier” for the worker, more work in other areas or aspects just got piled on.
If my boss gave me the option of either working 4 days instead of 5, or get a 20% raise, id pick the former.
- Comment on Why are some Linux community so toxic? 1 month ago:
I think your 3rd paragraph perfectly demonstrates the underlying issue, the “posted a message, with zero knowledge at all of linux” part.
People learn differently, and have different approaches to learning something new. Some people prefer to ask for input, advice, or opinions from other people they belive to be more knowledgeable. Others prefer to read and absorb as much information as they can to get a solid foundation, and only reach out to others when the information they need is not readily available, or their issue is nuanced and specific.
Neither approach is right or wrong, they’re just different, because people are different. The former view the the latters as being toxic, and the latters view the formers as being lazy. Linux and more technical communities with more of a learning curve typically are made up of the latter.
Disclaimer: not defending, excusing, justifying, just 1 persons lived experience, grain of salt yata yata
- Comment on How do I boot into the Corn Kernel? 8 months ago:
I’d just like to interject for a moment. What you’re refering to as Corn, is in fact, Pop/Corn, or as I’ve recently taken to calling it, Pop plus Corn. Corn is not an operating system unto itself, but rather another free component of a fully functioning Pop system made useful by the Pop corelibs, shell utilities and vital system components comprising a full OS as defined by SNACK.
