Man what a flashback. Used to play tournaments of this and backyard football with my little brothers and dad. He passed sometime last year but I’m definitely spamming his favorites - Pablo and Kenny.

Emulators have reignited my interest in gaming. So many modded games and newly translated classics. Bujingai for PS2 is a really interesting platformer and playing the Shinobi games as well.

Dude I miss unlocking fighting game characters. Now they’re all purchaseable… Like you literally can’t just earn them from beating the arcade mode - that is if the game has an arcade mode to begin with these days
