  I give them so much credit for RDR2 but also have so much hate for them for abandoning it and not creating any extra story DLC or really finishing any of the online aspect.

  I feel like I get great value out of it. I use Music, News (mostly crosswords), iCloud storage + custom email domain, and to a lesser extent Apple TV+ and Fitness, but I love having them available.

  I think it’s a lack of consequences. If you stood in your town center and said something dumb, people would call you out and shame you for it. It would change your reputation too, at least for a while.

  Split tunneling is not a fix if I need to be in another country to stream the content that I want.

  I’ve tried Mullvad multiple times and it’s my favorite for privacy but thats secondary to getting access to the content I want. That’s a personal decision, and I’m not saying it’s the right one for everyone.

  When I used Proton or Mullvad I usually had to switch it on and off when needed because of so many issues with sites/games/etc. blocking me. However, the last deal I picked up was for NordVPN and that one I’ve been able to leave connected at all times without any issue.

  My cat woke us both up out of a dead sleep with a random hiss a few weeks ago. Felt bad that she must have had some kind of bad dream but we both fell back asleep pretty quickly.

  You act like police never withhold or tamper with evidence. The persons point was that police have an inherent advantage because they get the first and often only look at evidence for a good long while until it’s turned over to any defense team.

  afaik those get deleted. However there shouldn’t be many images uploaded to that server specifically because the instance admins were really hesitant about ever opening image uploads much. They often advocated for using another 3rd party for image hosting.

  Once I bought a brita filtered pitcher that I keep in the fridge, it became easy to keep a water bottle around me and stay hydrated.

  Sure, take it 100% literally. Don’t relate to the thought process at all.

  You all can’t be serious in that you haven’t thought the same thing. I didn’t say it 100% makes all unions bad I just shared a thought I occasionally have because of how bad the police union is in America.

  But yeah let’s fight with each other about it instead of eating the rich, good plan.
