Go up and talk to them? Why would a child even have a teacher’s phone number?
Or is OP using “teacher” to mean “university lecturer”?
- Comment on Anon expects more 1 week ago:
Absolutely, you can’t treat art like it’s a “functional” product. You can’t use a strategy that’s excellent at painting houses to suddenly make a perfect portrait.

Mate, your empathy can’t be that balanced if you’re wishing that on someone even if they’re a fucking monster

You’re happy to describe inflicting horrific acts on another human but too afraid to type “raped” on the internet? Stop watching so many revenge movies, this kind of mouth-frothing virtue-signaling comment makes the world a worse place.

Wasn’t TLoU made by Naughty Dog who also made Jak and Daxter, a game which famously had no loading screens?

Blimey, maybe their production quality varies based on which factory it was built in (or Euro NCAP have better quality control regs), the one I’ve been in was lovely!

Everyone circlejerks about this online but every IRL owner I’ve actually spoken to say it’s the best car they’ve ever owned.

Quick, someone print out and photocopy this photo

It was very popular in the mid-2000s but I don’t think I’ve heard anyone use it since then. I’d say somewhere in the middle.

“As the crow flies” is a pretty common expression on this very isle
- Comment on Anon thinks the French are posers 1 month ago:
Maybe. There’s also “The Commonwealth” which includes them but which the USA explicitly opted out from (by gaining independence from the British Empire before it was cool).
- Comment on Anon thinks the French are posers 1 month ago:
Interesting. I’d probably call that “the anglosphere”, Anglo-Saxon is specifically the pre-Norman-conquest residents of what is now England.
- Comment on Anon thinks the French are posers 1 month ago:
Do you use it differently to “English”?
- Comment on Anon thinks the French are posers 1 month ago:
Anglo-Saxon cultural elements
You did your best to stamp those out back in 1066

It’s a single country with a single currency, a single government, a single history, and a single language. Yes there’s a lot of variance within the country, but it’s really nothing compared to visiting Europe.

Well the other thing is that it’s very difficult to instantly tell from a pseudonymous internet comment whether the writer is a normal person up for a civilised discussion or a troll just looking to wind people up. And no offence, but you sounded pretty pro-brexit so not unreasonable to suspect you were a troll!
- Comment on Britain will rejoin the EU within 15 years, former Brussels chief predicts 2 months ago:
Sealioning is a type of trolling or harassment that consists of pursuing people with relentless requests for evidence, often tangential or previously addressed, while maintaining a pretense of civility and sincerity, and feigning ignorance of the subject matter.
Whether or not you’re intending to do this your comments do come off a little bit like that. I don’t really like the term that much as people often use it to dismiss any further discussion, but it could be why the other commenters don’t want to chat.

Alright, alright, the shurethra if you want to get technical
