This is just the translation on the Steam page it has nothing to do with the development of the game. Simple as.

I’m not a lawyer but good luck suing the biggest gaming market on the planet. Just not for me

Right now it’s not. We will try to get there when it’s close to release and all other work is done.

Thank you! We actually had a few changes in ownership before, but it didn’t really impacted us. This time the current ownership got real greedy!

Runs 90 fps for me. I try hard to optimize it, which isn’t that hard, but just takes some extra effort.

Thank you! Yeah, like I said the company was already doing good and it’s not like people or on top were poor. Just pure greed
- Comment on I'm A Game Dev Who Got Layed Off From His Non-Game Dev Job 5 days ago:
And the funny thing is, the company isn’t even doing bad. I found out from a friend who still works there that they are aiming for a sale at the end of the year, so effectively this is a way for them to pump up the stock. They will say their profits went up by 50-60%, but it didn’t come from more clients, but from not paying wages. And this way stock go up. Also same friend said they are struggling a lot with AI. It can be helpful with coding, but It can’t do everything, and they are literally asking it to do everything or at least hold long enough until the sale goes trough . Just greed… and hundreds of families put in a bad spot, so already rich people on top can make a lot of money fast instead of also a lot of money, but slower…

- Comment on UPDATE: I'm a dev who has been working on my game for 2 years and my game title appeared on another Steam game as they plan to release before I do. 1 month ago:
Yeah, I mean wouldn’t believe strangers on the internet so fair point.
I don’t think there is anything wrong with using some Imgur guerilla marketing to get some eyes on my game. I provide entertainment and the last post they can skip if they don’t care. But you can check my game on SteamDB, they extract Steam data. My game’s page was created in 2023 and this person’s page was created in May 2026. I found this on Steam and decide to make a post about it in hopes it would make some noise and we can resolve this so I don’t have be involved in legal battles and whatnot. The guy then contacted me, we talked and he agreed to change the name. That’s the order of events, but it’s okay if you don’t believe it : ) All the best!

No, I’m not okay that they didn’t check Steam first to see if there is a game with the same name, as having same titled projects doesn’t benefit any of us.

Thank you! And sorry it’s taking me so long to polish it but I want to avoid bugs and have been playtesting with Steam’s playtest tool to get as much feedback as I can!

Making a whole other game to promote mine seems way to complicated instead of actually marketing it. I have the DM’s from the other dev I can show them to you if you want.

Really thank you for your kind words! Yeah, always my first reaction is to assume the other person has good intentions. This dev was very young and probably this is his first game, so we talked it out and it’s all good! I will ask him to fix his description, he is a uni student and they are always distracted and underslept hah

I have reached to Yale - no response. Milgram’s family lawyer reached with me and was okay with it as long as I don’t use footage from the actual documentary.

Funnily enough, Steam doesn’t have a rule about exact same names, here is their response:
“Hey there,
Valve respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we ask that everyone using our internet sites and services do the same. Anyone who believes that their work has been reproduced in one of our internet sites or services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement may notify Valve’s copyright agent using the form below.
That said, you may want to talk to the other developer directly to work out a solution. We don’t have any rules against games sharing the same name, so there wouldn’t be any problems for us if you and the other developer decided to name your product similarly.”
