It means the footage generally used in clips , cover or videos such as the one of Luther ( French rapper ) with weird glitchy effects ( or just old camera type of images ). Or even $uicideboy$ cover where you can see disturbing images like a burning graveyard etc… Overall concept of image and footage that seems odd like recorded with bad sounds , quality or simply in weird places… !
