Just checked the instances list and it still shows kbin.social as federated, so it’s likely an issue or bug.
If it’s a different one than kbin.social I’m not sure.
You can go to lemmy.world homepage and click instances at the bottom, then ctrl+f (or equivalent find in page feature for mobile browsers) and search your instance name.
If it’s near the bottom under the blocked section it’s defederated but above that it’s usually just a federation issue.
