Luckily there is no cow on the ice since our kids don't have easy access to guns. Otherwise someone would really had shit in the blue cabinet.
- Comment on How many virtual machines can you nest? 5 days ago:
I've done Red Hat in VMware on Windows 10, and then run two layers deep Red Hat VMs with hvm kvm under that one.
Not recommended, really unstable.

With correct pronounciation it sounds nothing like what people seem to believe though.
- Comment on Did it really used to be common for guys to go to a bar every night like in Cheers or The Simpsons? 2 weeks ago:
Did this (Mon-Sat) together with a few friends and colleagues in my late 20s. We were regulars to the point of the cook always making something off menu more fitting for regular dinner, as well as no need to settle the bill every night. Once a month everything was tallied up.
Good times. Had to stop though since I found myself going through the fridge on a Sunday once looking for some alcohol.

Ah ok, yeah. I expect there to be SteamOS/Bazzite boxes you can just purchase.

I find SteamOS to be as un-complicated as any other modern console tbh.

Hate to agree but yeah. We're buying everything for Steam now since we put a Steambox (Bazzite) in the gaming room. The PS5s are now just legacy boxes.

"Scene don't work for free"
It's been ~35 years since I cracked games but we most certainly did everything "for free" back then (or, "for bragging rights" as it were).
I seriously doubt things are that much different now. I'd wager you're one step removed from "the scene" and only seeing shady repacks from scammers.

Exactly - there's no general custom to throw one in "keeping up with the Joneses"-style.

I agree the "rock" hints strongly at it, but unless they're american* weddings aren't very expensive. That whole lavish show-off thing the rest of us just ignore.
*) hmm, maybe indian too

Indeed. "Thanks" to be being a frequent flier in a global company I got Covid already in March 2020 and was constantly checking my oxy values. Never got below 91, but if they had hit 90 I was told to take an ambulance right away.

You might need to retake English classes.

Ah ok. It looked like you tried to claim that reciting three facts from your public comments here was in anyway similar to what the topic of the thread is about - but I agree that even an american can't be that ignorant.
- Comment on [deleted] 1 month ago:
I'm not sure you've understood what you've read so far.
- Comment on [deleted] 1 month ago:
I don't think I've seen OP mention which country their friend is a citizen of. Many countries have libel laws that don't care if the claims are true or not, but instead just look at what your intention is by making them.

It's indeed - and unique enough that you should be able to find me in seconds.
Feel free to call the Swedish police and tell them that you don't like my arguments. Or for that matter, Jerry (who runs fedia.io).
I guess you realized you couldn't counter my actual point.
- Comment on [deleted] 1 month ago:
I find it better to always post under my real name rather than believe I'll manage to stay anonymous whilst discussing everyday things on social media. At some point someone will connect that Toyota Camry driving person in Oregon who works at a place that has just had a bunch of layoffs with that nickname and then you'll have to rethink everything you've posted.
Victims aren't the ones that need to close down and stay quiet. The perpetrators are.
- Comment on [deleted] 1 month ago:
No, your posts here are public.
- Comment on [deleted] 1 month ago:
That's what "change your socials to private" means. To verify this, ask yourself why yours aren't.
- Comment on [deleted] 1 month ago:
You want someone's personal number (americans, think social security number) - call the tax authority and ask for it. While at it, ask how much their declared income is and where they live.
All public information. And our society is most definitely a fairy tale utopia compared to the US.
- Comment on [deleted] 1 month ago:
Yeah, you go to the police and fheir hosting provider. At no point do you teach women that the right action when bullied is for them to take a step back and be quiet.

I live in a country where all data is public. We're good, thanks.

No, it's not. Please tell me you're not a parent.

You need to practice making comparisons. No, that's nowhere near the same thing.
Here's a better one: -"Stop wearing short skirts if men are cat calling you"
Yeah, no.
- Comment on [deleted] 1 month ago:
No, no one should feel the need to make their socials private because someone is being an asshole.

She's the victim here and shouldn't need to do any of this.

It's not obvious what "HA" refers to. It could be either Habakkuk (HAB) or Hagai (HAG). However, since there's no Hagai III it has to be HAB.
Habakkuk III:3
God comes from Teman,
And the Holy One from Mount Paran. Selah.
His splendor covers the heavens,
And the earth is full of His praise.Clearly trans ideology there.

All the hatred against LLMs really misses one of the huge and quite unexpected findings - like this article. These LLMs "function" very similar to human brains.
