This reminds me vaguely of when they came up with a comprehensive anti-doxxing bill in Germany after there was a "kill list" from Nazis that ended up being circulated...
Of course, they made an exception: it is OK to compile lists & doxx people who are far right because it is just a part of community awareness, lol.
