Im a Rutgers fan and NJ native so obviously a bit biased, but I truly believe if Rutgers can keep the top recruits home they will have a realistic shot at a Natty one day, but is that even possible or is just a dream? I think a big reason why Rutgers has not been a national player is due to the politics of the State. It seems in the midwest and South locals truly support the team. Its frustrating because here in NJ you have so many people/politicians giving Rutgers crap for how much money they spend on players
