    The new administration closed almost all domestic production. They say they have open permits that are not being used, but I have a feeling that's a lie, like with everything else they say.

    Keystone XL pipeline, fracking, shale. A lot of US production shut down due to OPEC price war + Covid. Maybe put the Infrastructure Bill and Green New Deal money there instead.
