They have gas, oil and food. China, Europe and US are still buying record amounts from them. Russians are well off in these regards. Problem is their corrupt politicians stealing all the money and forcing their children to die in their wars.
Russian tech will make homegrown replacements pretty fast
Russia is huge. They should be fine by themselves.
They will be survivors, alongside rural Africans, Asians and South Americans in any global disaster that takes out urban areas.
