How much (if at all) did it reduce the length of telecasts? Did it really just result in the actual football game being replaced by commercials?
How much did it reduce scoring? What other changes will the NCAA make to further reduce scoring so that we get to enjoy a whole bunch of “exciting” 20-17 games every Saturday? Do they not realize that we already get to see more than enough 20-17 games every Sunday?
