Lets see how trashy am I currently. I sometimes have wine, Bourbon, coffee. Rest of this I avoid. Sometimes I drink a diet redbull. I guess that counts as diet coke.

related but different topic, I was wondering if there is a way to gently "evangelize" such people or to have health interventions with them
Like, I want them to be healthy, and it benefits me too because they'll be less likely to want to have the government take forced "health" measures
Is there any way to get through to them more?

Think the best thing to do is just be an example. Be as healthy, strong, and sharp as possible. People notice and imitate. I don't think there is a good way in our culture to tell people they are fat.
In Chinese culture it is both normal and necessary or your fat friends/family will think you don't care about them.
I like that about eastern cultures.

Yes but they alse see obesity as a sign of wealth, along with pale skin. In asia if your skin us dark, and you are skinny, you're seen asa a poor dumb farmer.

Yeah... Get fit, get fucked... Nobody's gonna let you breed if your uglies are hidden by a 6-inch+ distended gut. Left have campaigned hard to promote obesity. People simply need to reduce sugar, alcohol, fruit, carbs, and eat more protein (not in the form of insects, cum, or soy). I suppose obesity does protect against cannibalism.
