With Carroll and Belichick no longer holding coaching jobs as of right now, Andy Reid becomes the last head coach to have been a head coach at some point during the 20th century.

Reid became the head coach of the Eagles in 1999 and managed to squeeze in the last few months of the 20th century onto his coaching resume.
