I live in Pennsylvania and my family was scheduled to get the J&J COVID vaccine on Thursday.

The US has delivered 6.8 million J&J vaccine doses and out of all those doses, 6 WOMEN between the ages of 18-49 have developed a rare type of blood clot. I discussed this with my 2 sons (20 and 18) and my 52-year-old wife, and we all agreed that we more than willing to accept the risk of blood clots in order to get vaccinated. Our risk was 0% since the three males in the household are 51, 20 and 18, and the one female is 52.

But, sadly, I'm not allowed to take that risk, because the county just cancelled all J&J vaccinations until the 20th. So, I'm more than willing to get a jab in the arm with the J&J vaccine, but the local government is cock-blocking me because somehow they can do a better job of handling my health than me? Bullshit.

I am so ******* pissed right now..
