CFP and bowl payouts go directly to the conferences and the conferences decide how to split the funds.

I haven’t been following super closely, but it seems like from the various PAC(1)2 court cases, that unless it’s overruled, OSU and WSU will have the only votes on rules for how all PAC(1)2 funds are split.

If this holds true, I think it’s funny that OSU and WSU will be the big financial winners of this year’s bowl season.
