A lot of latin Americans (mostly Brazilians) are angry that the game won't be available in their country and they demand the game to be available there too. so far, Bandai didn't give any explanation to why it's not available in middle east and other latam countries. Some players expect to be because of the laws. Or maybe because they think they won't earn much money from Middle East and other latin American players.

On 11/15 they will go live on their official channel but I doubt they will say anything regarding the latam and middle east situation.

Also. There's a strong rumor that on the live stream, they might announce making the game available on PC via steam store (the game is mobile exclusive and it will probably remains like that too)
