  We’re gonna need you to undergo a background check before you’re allowed to purchase that military-grade hardware to make sure you’re not a convicted hacker. Also, there’s a mandatory 72-hour “cooling off” period. Oh, and you can only have up to 8 GB, any more than that and it’s an “assault computer” which is only good for hacking and encrypting child porn.

  Just some common sense RAM control for the greater good.
