EHRC guidance: We’re heading to the Court of Appeal

After six months of waiting, we have now heard back from the Court of Appeal in our challenge to the lawfulness of the Equality and Human Rights Commission’s interim guidance. 

The court has granted three individual claimants – supported by Good Law Project – an oral hearing, as they seek permission to appeal the decision of the High Court made in February this year.
