The deadlocked jury in the Lindsay Clancy trial has gone home again without a verdict. The sixth day of deliberations Thursday saw her defense lawyer tell the judge that the panel’s foreperson said in a note that a single juror won’t follow the court’s instructions about reasonable doubt, and is holding up a verdict.
